The subjet of these two pictures was: a workshop (craft).
I'd choose Bookbinder's workshop.
On this first picture: i'd tried to find the moment where the first encyclopedia has been finished by his creators (Diderot and d'Alembert)
On the second picture, i wanted to show an actual workshop of bookbinder when the same encyclopedia was too old and needed to be restored.
